With Netspace business dial up, you get more than just a fast and reliable Internet connection:

Feature	Description
Domain name hosting	If your business has a domain name, such as mybusiness.com.au, Netspace can help by hosting it for you. This allows you to receive email with a business address like myname@mybusiness.com.au. Business domain name hosting is also available for purchase. Not available on SuperSaver or Block Hours plans
Domain Linking	Domain linking enables different account holders to use the same domain name for email addresses, so all your employees can have their own mailbox. Not available on SuperSaver or Block Hours plans.
Email hosting	Netspace can host your business mailboxes and can also link them to your domain name. Each employee can then send and receive email within the business and the outside world through a separate email address. Most dial up plans include a number of email mailboxes and additional mailboxes are always available for purchase. Not available on SuperSaver or Block Hours plans.
Webspace	Need some webspace to host a site or make files available on the web? Our plans come with free webspace. Business web hosting is also available for purchase. Not available on Permanent Plans.
National roaming	With national roaming you can access your dial up account from anywhere around Australia. Ideal for businesses with travelling employees, and great for when you're on that well deserved break. Not available on Permanent Plans.
Paper invoicing	Prefer a paper invoice? Each time we renew your account Netspace can invoice you at your business address. Available only on Permanent & Dial 200 plans.
Concurrent login	With concurrent logins two or more computers can be dialled in under the same account simultaneously. Great news if you want a single account for travelling employees or for dialling in when you're at home. Available on Dial 200, Casual Dial & Block Hours plans.
Permanent connection	With a 'permanent' plan your dial up connection can be always-on, providing all the benefits of a full time connection while saving you call costs.  Only available on Permanent Plans.
No session limits	Stay online for hours without worrying about session limits or having to reconnect if you are idle. Not available on Extreme (Promo) & SuperSaver plans.
Automatic Subscription Renewal	Take the hassle out of making monthly payments by allowing Netspace to automatically charge your credit card. Available on SuperSaver, Dial 200 & Extreme (Promo) plans.
Pay-as-you-go	Didn't use your Internet this month? Don't pay anything! With "pay-as-you-go" you're only billed for the hours you spend online. Only available on Casual Dial plans.
Pre-paid accounts	With a pre-paid account you simply purchase a block of hours, and when you run out, you purchase more online. Pre-paid is useful for those seeking greater control over their time usage. You can avoid excess usage costs associated with some other plans. Only available on Block Hours plans.
No excess usage charges	Enjoy the freedom of no fixed downloads or time limits, day or night, with no excess usage charges lurking around the corner Only available on Extreme (Promo) plans.
Free Spam and Email Virus Filtering	We provide free filtering tools to help prevent junk mail and virus-infected emails from entering your mailbox. Not available on Permanent plans.
Wi-Fi Hotspots	Your Netspace Internet account can be used at more than 23,000 Wi-Fi Hotspots and hotel broadband Ethernet ports in more than 60 countries, meaning you could be reading this from an airport lounge, hotel, a café in Paris or even at 30,000ft on one of many BoeingConnection flights. Not available on Block accounts

SuperSaver Conditions

Available to new Netspace customers only.

After a once of set up fee of $4.95, the cost of the SuperSaver plan is $7.95 per month. The minimum agreement length is three months.

Payments are made quarterly, at $23.85 every three months. Payments can be made by credit card only.

This plan includes 250MB of monthly downloads, after which downloads are charged at 15 cents per MB. There are four hour session limits with 15 minutes idle time before automatic disconnection.

10MB of free webspace and one free mailbox of 15MB in size are included. National roaming allows for remote access across Australia.

Extreme Conditions

This plan features no fixed downloads or time limits at a cost of $19.95 per month or $229.95 annually, after a once off set up fee of $4.95. The minimum agreement length is three months.

Monthly payments can be made by credit card only, however, annual payments can also be made by cheque, money order or by EFTPOS at Netspace (Level 1, 683 Burke Rd Camberwell, Melbourne, 3124).

Concurrent logins are not permitted on this plan, and a six hour session limit with an idle time of 15 minutes applies before automatic disconnection.

10 MB of free webspace and five free mailboxes are included. National roaming allows for remote access across Australia and domain linking is available.

Netspace Roaming can also be used with this plan to connect through thousands of access points and Wi-Fi Hotspots around Australia and overseas.

Casual Dial Conditions

After an up front annual fee of $27, this pay-as-you-go plan costs $2.20 per hour of usage.

You can pay for the upfront annual fee by credit card, cheque, money order or by EFTPOS at Netspace (Level 1, 683 Burke Rd Camberwell, Melbourne, 3124). Ongoing monthly payments must be made by credit card.

There are no session limits, but automatic disconnection will occur after one hour of inactivity.

Concurrent, or multiple, logins are permitted on the one account.

One free mailbox is available on this plan, as is national roaming for access Australia-wide. Domain linking is available.

Netspace Roaming can also be used with this plan to connect through thousands of access points and Wi-Fi Hotspots around Australia and overseas.

Dial 200 Conditions

After a once off set up fee of $4.95, this plan costs $79.95 per month or $895 annually. The minimum agreement length is three months.

The plan includes 200 hours of usage per month, after which excess hours are charged at $2.20 per hour.

Monthly payments can be made by credit card only, however, annual payments can also be made by cheque, money order or by EFTPOS at Netspace (Level 1, 683 Burke Rd Camberwell, Melbourne, 3124). Annual accounts are invoiced annually in advance.

There are no session limits, but automatic disconnection will occur after one hour's inactivity.

Concurrent, or multiple, logins are permitted on the one account.

Permanent Conditions

Netspace offers two permanent connection plans:

• Permanent 1: $55 per month, where usage is charged at 15¢ per MB.
• Permanent 2: $169 per month, which offers no fixed download limits.

Each plan has a once off set up fee of $149.

Both plans are invoiced monthly in advance with a 14 day payment term, and download charges applicable to the Permanent 1 plan are invoiced monthly in arrears.

There are no session limits or automatic disconnections when the account is idle.

Each plan features a free static IP address.

Block Account Conditions

Block accounts are a pre-paid service where access hours are purchased in blocks of 20, 50, 100 or 200 hrs. The more hours purchased, the lower the hourly rate.

Payments can be made by credit card, cheque, money order or by EFTPOS at Netspace (Level 1, 683 Burke Rd Camberwell, Melbourne, 3124).

The block fee is charged in advance.

There are no session limits, but automatic disconnection will occur after one hour of inactivity.

Concurrent, or multiple, logins are permitted on the one account.

10MB of free webspace and one free mailbox of 15MB in size are included. National roaming allows for remote access across Australia.

Unused prepaid hours will expire 12 months from purchase.

Payment Conditions

Where applicable, excess hours used beyond monthly quotas are charged at $2.20 per hour and are billed monthly in arrears. Your current usage is always available for viewing through the MyNetspace portal. Unused hours are not rolled over to the following month.

For payments by credit card we accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners' Card and American Express.

The date upon which your dial up connection is confirmed becomes your Anniversary Date. This is the date upon which your agreement starts and is also the date where your monthly data usage is calculated.

Where applicable, your monthly fee will be charged each month to your credit card around 10 days before your Anniversary Date. A tax invoice will be sent to your primary Netspace email address whenever your account is billed.
